We are seeking a Sales Office Administrator to join our clients head office based in Shrivenham. You will be delivering exceptional customer service as this is at the core of their operations. This role is ideal for someone with a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the desire to be part of a highly motivated team.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage and handle a variety of tasks across sales, finance, logistics, and marketing departments.
- Maintain a high level of IT literacy with proficiency in MS Office.
- Utilise SAP and CRM systems to streamline processes (experience desirable).
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability by working across multiple departments.
- Ensure all communications with customers and colleagues are clear and effective.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Great communication skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
- Good level of IT literacy, particularly in MS Office.
- Ability to manage a variety of tasks efficiently.
- Experience in sales administration is preferred (1 year+).
- Knowledge of SAP and CRM systems is desirable.
- Must be able to commute to Swindon, SN6 area or plan to relocate before starting work.
