Delighted to be partnering with a growing company based in the Renfrewshire area who have a requirement for a Finance Assistant to join the team on a 12 month fixed term contract basis. You will be working directly with the Accountant and Director. Salary for this role is circa £26k depending on experience.
Main Duties:
- Banking processes and journal creation
- Bank reconciliations
- Processing BACS payments
- Credit card analysis and journal creation
- Expenses analysis and journal creation
- Assist with weekly/monthly sales invoices
- Assist Management Accountant with Month End
- Processing of purchase orders
- Processing accounts payable invoices
- Monthly supplier reconciliations
- Assist with weekly KPI information.
The ideal candidate:
- Excel skills and proficient in MS Office
- Self-motivated
- Numerate with analytical skills.
- Thorough approach, placing importance on accuracy and attention to detail.
- An excellent communicator - verbal and written.
- Able to work effectively under pressure.
