Job Description
- Greet and welcome all visitors to site, including contractors and issue work permits and other documentation.
- Answer all incoming phone calls in a polite manner, connecting callers and taking clear messages when appropriate.
- Provide administrative support to the health, safety, environmental and facilities function.
- Support with office services including booking meeting rooms, travel and accommodation.
- Order and monitor business consumables including stationary, cleaning products, tea, coffee etc.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Computer literate
- General office experience, dealing with a range of administrative tasks
- Customer service experience, face to face or over the phone
