A dedicated and organized Legal and Admin Assistant is needed to join a small office team in Ickenham. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks, reception duties, and legal administration support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cover reception and perform administrative tasks
  • Use Microsoft programs efficiently
  • Manage cases using case management software (training provided)
  • Answer and manage phone calls with a good manner
  • Perform copy typing and audio typing tasks
  • Maintain strong attention to detail
  • Manage reception, meeting rooms, and legal admin tasks

Key Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Outgoing, confident, with good face-to-face and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle a busy environment and interact with various people

Position Details:

  • Start date: As soon as possible
  • Full-time or part-time (must be available to work in the office 5 days a week)
  • Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 depending on experience
  • Occasional coverage at head office may be required
