Morgan Hunt requires a Resourcing Information Officer for NHS based in North London
Pay Rate: £14.35ph PAYE + £1.73ph WTR = Total £16.08ph
Hours 37.5 9am to 5pm Mon to Fri - Remote Working Available.
Location: North London
Duration: 6 months on going contract
Key Working Relationships
HR Business Partners - support in ensuring the effective use and development of the ESR system
HR Team - support as team member to ensure effective service to Directorate customers
Finance department - exchange and checking of information
Organisation's managers and staff - information provision and reporting
Job Summary
To analyse workforce information and be able to present conclusions clearly in writing and in person using appropriate formats.
To be responsible for supporting the resourcing and workforce information teams to ensure the effective use and maintenance of the data held in the Electronic Staff Record (ESR) and Phoenix Systems.
Attend meetings and provide information and advice as required.
