A well-established fintech company are looking to add an experienced Senior Developer to work as deputy to their Principal Engineer. They are looking for someone with strong commercial experience at Senior level, with a track record of handling pressure and responsibility.
The role
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be developing software across the full suite of the company's products and services whilst taking part in all stages of the software development lifecycle. You will be working in a close-knit, highly collaborative, and continuously improving team amongst various industries. You will also be given the responsibility of leading agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, planning meetings and retrospectives, along with participating in code reviews and working on full-cycle software development.
Your specialised technical expertise will support your colleagues and contribute to achieving our goals. You'll enjoy considerable autonomy, making this role ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about sharing ideas and learning new skills. Engaging with cutting-edge technologies, this position is suited for a skilled, driven, and ambitious developer.
Requirements
- 5+ years commercial experience in C#, .Net
- SQL
- Proven track record of problem solving and working in a high pressured environment
Desirables
- Knowledge of Javascript frameworks
- Azure exposure
- Strong communicator
