Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teachers to create and implement tailored support plans for students with additional learning needs.
- Provide one-on-one assistance and small group support to ensure individualised learning goals are met.
- Adapt and modify learning materials to cater to diverse learning styles.
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment that promotes the well-being and progress of every student.
- Work closely with the ALN Coordinator and other professionals to implement effective strategies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an ALN Teaching Assistant is essential.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff.
- Adaptability to support a variety of learning needs and styles.
- Empathy and a patient approach to working with students with additional learning needs.
- A genuine desire to contribute to the development and success of all students.
