Job Title: Personal Assistant to Managing Director & Team

Salary: Circa £42,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30am - 17:15pm, with a 4pm finish on Fridays

I am delighted to be recruiting for a PA and Office Manager.This role will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to our Managing Director and addition Team. This is a pivotal role within the regional business, offering the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and contribute to the smooth running of the operations.
About the Role:
As PA, you will be the go-to person for managing diaries, coordinating meetings, and ensuring seamless communication across the business. You'll also support two receptionists and play a key role in office management and event coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficient diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Preparing and circulating board packs, attending meetings, and taking minutes
- Managing two receptionists (job share), including performance reviews and daily support
- Overseeing holiday and sickness records, processing expenses, and onboarding new starters
- Coordinating regional events and external hospitality
- Handling confidential information and internal communications
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a PA or senior administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet tight deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional, approachable, and able to build strong relationships across all levels
