Hourly Rate: £11.44
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm 1 in 4/5 weekends time given back when a weekend is worked.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and empathetic Complaints Advisor to join our clients team in Northampton. This role involves addressing and resolving complaints from customers with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Receive and respond to customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Investigate and analyse the nature of complaints to provide accurate resolutions.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to address complaints efficiently.
- Communicate resolutions clearly and effectively to customers, ensuring their understanding and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer complaints, actions taken, and resolutions.
- Utilise complaint tracking systems to monitor and update case statuses.
- Engage with customers in a polite and empathetic manner, providing support throughout the complaint resolution process.
- Gather feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance overall customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during the complaints resolution process.
- Keep up-to-date with relevant regulations and industry standards.
The Candidate
- Proven experience in customer service or complaints handling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and empathetic in challenging situations.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with complaint tracking systems is a plus.
