Currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Telesales Executive to join their busy team, our client offer:

The successful candidate will collaborate with the Operations Director and Manager to promote, develop, and sell the company services to both new and existing clients. You will qualify and follow up on leads, following through marketing campaigns, calling existing customers regularly to check relevance and accuracy of details held on the system

Responsibilities include:

  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Act as the central point of contact for sales enquiries, responding promptly and efficiently.
  • Making Inbound & outbound calls to proactively reach out to potential clients and win new business.
  • Actively generate and nurture new sales opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Prepare proposals and quotes accurately, maintaining records in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on leads to secure bookings and facilitate invoicing and payments.
  • Conduct client outreach to anticipate future requirements.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.

The ideal candidate:

  • Excellent communication skills across various channels.
  • Previous work experience as a Sales Consultant, or within an Account Management and Customer Service role.
  • Experience with CRM software and a good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Desire to learn, upskill, and grow within the industry.
  • Previous experience in outbound cold calling.
  • Good administration skills.
