We are working with a production company who support the TV, Film, Media, Theatre, Live & Leisure Industries with Multi-camera Equipment Hire, Technical Management, Engineering, Production Services & Crew.
They are in need of a temporary accounts assistant to join the finance team in their Park Royal Office. A hardworking individual with all round accounting experience to join a busy accounts department. This is a temporary position for three-four weeks to cover annual leave for the accounts supervisor from 10th - 28th July, office based for 3-4 days a week with the possibility of being extended or going permanent.
Key Responsibilities:
- PO management
- Invoice management
- General Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable duties
- Dealing with email inbox and handling the day-to-day queries
- Dealing with telephone enquiries
Desired Skills and Experience
- A hardworking and honest individual
- Highly-motivated and pro-active self-starter
- High level IT skills
- Be highly organised with great attention to detail
- Minimum 1 years' experience in a similar role
- Experience using Xero software
