Trainee Purchase Ledger

Elevation Accountancy and Finance are delighted to be working with a fantastic business in Leeds as they look to recruit a Wakefield into their friendly finance team.

They are looking for someone with the desire to have a career in finance and learn and develop as they go!

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process Invoices onto Sage 200 matching with purchase order's and delivery notes
  • Request and chase up approvals of invoices
  • Follow controls ensuring proof of delivery/approvals are captured
  • Support in daily monitoring of the email inbox
  • Reconcile statements, requesting documents where required
  • Deal with supplier queries and escalate where necessary

Person Specification:

  • Desire to work in Purchase Ledger
  • Strong computer skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
