They are looking for someone with the desire to have a career in finance and learn and develop as they go!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process Invoices onto Sage 200 matching with purchase order's and delivery notes
- Request and chase up approvals of invoices
- Follow controls ensuring proof of delivery/approvals are captured
- Support in daily monitoring of the email inbox
- Reconcile statements, requesting documents where required
- Deal with supplier queries and escalate where necessary
Person Specification:
- Desire to work in Purchase Ledger
- Strong computer skills
- Good interpersonal skills
