Your new role

  • Document management;
  • Transcribing and proofreading letters, emails, and other correspondence
  • Handling audio typing and basic file management
  • Typing documents and tracking amendments
  • Performing scanning, paginating, and photocopying tasks
  • Assisting with file opening, ID checks, and client care letter preparation
  • Providing general administrative support to the team.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proficiency in organising, numbering, and amending legal documents.
  • Confidence in formatting legal documents.
  • Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
  • A keen eye for accuracy and precision.
  • Good organisational and time management abilities.
  • Strong team player.
  • Great typing skills.
  • Motivated with a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Previous secretarial experience in the legal field is advantageous.
