Sales Development Representatives (Norwegian Speaker)

This is an exciting opportunity for candidates with a fluency in Norwegian as they are searching for Sales Development Representatives to join their team!

Role:
- Act as the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each individual prospect moving forward
- Anticipate new business by keeping on top of industry trends and conducting market research to identify new opportunities
- Build a pipeline of sales opportunities through generating new business via the phone, email and social media
- Engage in training and development programmes
- Manage and maintain the company CRM system, ensuring all sales related activity is input accurately and efficiently
Requirements:
- Educated to degree level
- Bi-lingual fluency in English and Norwegian
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
- Ideally, you'll have a proven track record with some selling experience (no matter how small!)
