My client seeks an Assistant Lawyer to work with the firms Partner on high-value EL/PL and RTA cases over £1 million.
What You'll Do:
- Handle complex injury claims (brain, spinal, amputation, fatal).
- Communicate with insurer clients.
- Analyze quantum evidence and medical records.
- Draft technical advice on claims.
- Interview witnesses and draft statements.
- Attend conferences, mediations, and court.
- Mentor a Paralegal.
What You Need:
- Qualified solicitor, CILEX, or legal experience.
- Expertise in indemnity, liability, and quantum.
- Large loss/CAT claims experience.
- Strong litigation knowledge.
- Client-focused and eager to grow.
