Clean Water Scheduler

Reed Talent Solutions are working with United Utilities on the search Schedulers to join a growing ICC Scheduling Team at their Lingley Mere Business Park.

In this role you will have regional ownership of the schedule for all work for the water network and will be monitoring the schedule and manage any issues for planned and reactive work where necessary.

As part of this role, you will be managing appointments and ensuring proactive customer contact to keep everyone fully informed.

Role details:

  • Job title: Clean Water Scheduler
  • Location: Lingley Mere Business Park, WA53LP
  • Contract: Temporary with potential to go Permanent
  • Hourly pay rate: £14.90 PAYE
  • Full training provided: 4 week training period
  • Working hours: Full time on a 12-week rolling rota including 1 weekend in every 6 weeks.

Shifts may start from 7am and finish up to 10pm

  • Start date: ASAP

What you'll need to be successful in the role?

  • Strong organisational skills as you will be responsible for scheduling water work for a regions network
  • Good customer service skills as you will need to keep customers informed on work arranged
  • Adaptability for learning systems and being able to manage reactive work where required.
