My client is seeking resilient, adaptable and motivated individuals, who have a confident telephone manner and excellent communication skills to join their team as an Insurance Advisor.

Responsibilities:
- You will be dealing with customers who are looking to make a claim, mostly via the telephone and email.
- You will have a friendly and approachable manner.
- You will be trained to have the knowledge, skills and experience to deal with all enquiries.
Skills required:
- Be an excellent communicator both verbal and written.
- The ability to influence and persuade others to your way of thinking.
- Computer literate with the ability to learn new systems
- Experience delivering customer service
- Positive attitude with a flexible and resilient approach to change and teamwork.
- Minimum C Grade in Maths and English - or equivalent
