Customer Service Advisor

My client is seeking resilient, adaptable and motivated individuals, who have a confident telephone manner and excellent communication skills to join their team as an Insurance Advisor.

Good at multitasking?
Have a retail or hospitality background looking to step into an office based role?

Responsibilities:

  • You will be dealing with customers who are looking to make a claim, mostly via the telephone and email.
  • You will have a friendly and approachable manner.
  • You will be trained to have the knowledge, skills and experience to deal with all enquiries.

Skills required:

  • Be an excellent communicator both verbal and written.
  • The ability to influence and persuade others to your way of thinking.
  • Computer literate with the ability to learn new systems
  • Experience delivering customer service
  • Positive attitude with a flexible and resilient approach to change and teamwork.
  • Minimum C Grade in Maths and English - or equivalent
