Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced, qualified Finance Business Partner to join a great business based in the Redhill, Surrey area. The Finance Business Partner role is working on a super hybrid basis, providing support and insights with business partnering, stakeholder management, month end, financial analysis etc.
Salary: up to £95K + bonus + excellent benefits
Location: Redhill, Surrey - flexible - hybrid working
Finance Business Partner duties:
- Stakeholder management - provide insight to business leaders and identify opportunities for growth and development
- P&L management, reporting and analysis
- Develop and implement a strategic business plans
- Support with the month end, forecasts, journals etc.
- Review and analyse revenue and expense management
- Monitor key performance metrics and provide regular updates
- Assist and monitor the progress on projects impacting the business and report variances
Skills and experience:
- Be a fully qualified accountant and have proven Business Partnering, Stakeholder Management and FP&A experience
- Extensive experience as a Finance Business Partner
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication skill both verbally and written
