Location: Berkshire (or home-based)
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience)

Our client is searching for a skilled Conveyancer to manage the sale and purchase of residential conveyancing transactions. Key Responsibilities:
- Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing transactions
- Drafting letters and legal documents
- Checking title documents
- Undertaking property searches
- Reporting to clients with relevant information on their property transactions
- Agreeing dates for exchanging contracts
- Complying with Solicitors Accounts Rules and Professional Conduct
You'll be supported by a team of Legal Assistants who handle file opening, allowing you to focus on conveyancing work. Once a transaction reaches the exchange stage, you'll pass it on to a team member specialising in completion.

Qualifications Required:
- Previous experience managing your own conveyancing caseload
- Open to candidates who are qualified Lawyers, Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, CILEx, FCILEx, or qualified by experience
