I am delighted to be searching for a Financial Accountant to join a global, multi-national business!
About the Role
- Manage financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements for FRS 101/102 and IFRS
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
- Work closely with internal and external auditors during financial and operational audits
- Assist with ad-hoc accounting projects as required
The ideal candidate
A successful Financial Accountant should have:
- Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA
- Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals, laws, and best practices
- If you have Oracle experience, great, but not necessary
- Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
