Teaching Assistant
Location: Maidstone
Salary: £100 per day
Hours: 0915am to 4pm
We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support our team ASAP. This role is perfect for those with a passion for helping children with learning difficulties and for those considering a career in teaching. The successful candidate will be able to start immediately.
Day to Day of the role:
- Support teachers in delivering academic excellence with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe working environment, preparing equipment and materials as needed.
- Assist with learning activities, ensuring health and safety, good behaviour, and engagement of pupils.
- Support pupils in accessing learning activities as directed by the teacher to enable progression towards their targets.
- Build and maintain successful relationships with students, treating them with respect and consideration.
- Contribute to a personalised curriculum for each pupil's learning.
- Collaborate with families and other agencies to ensure every pupil is valued and supported. Uphold high expectations for sustained academic and personal progress.
- Prepare pupils for the next steps in their learning and life in modern Britain.
