An outstanding and leading Property Management company is seeking an extra pair of hands in their legal and compliance department. They are incredibly stable, well established and still growing! The department you will be working in deals with all aspects of risk, compliance and legal work relating to property management.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same and will always keep you busy and on your toes! It involved coordinating activities and spreadsheets whilst maintaining and organising case notes and case files.

Your strong literacy skills will be put to good use in taking meeting notes (either internal or external) and liaising with other offices, the team leaders and professional bodies over the phone or by email. Gathering data, preparing and submitting monthly reports and setting up meetings will always vary day-to-day so previous experience of this will be greatly beneficial.

Your strong attention to detail will be essential when administering the Anti-Money Laundering process and liaising with Property Managers & Surveyors about completing legal checks. There will also be other ad-hoc duties and administrative tasks to keep you busy along the way!

An ideal candidate would have experience using a Case Management System.

A successful candidate will be able to demonstrate office administration experience and show a strong ability to meet deadlines.

This is an office-based role within standard working hours 9am-5pm.

Salary is flexible dependent on experience but can go up to £28,000 + bonus + benefits. Higher salaries can be discussed.
