The Role:
As a conveyancer, with at least 18 months experience, you will be responsible for running a caseload from inception to completion, circa 80 files across the simple FH/LH, Sales and Purchase, Transfer of Equity & REMO. The odd New Build and Shared Ownership files will crop up every so often, so it would be ideal if you have some experience in this area.
Looking to progress? With this role, there is a clear view of running the team in Macclesfield once fully staffed and potentially even the office itself!
