Administration and Sales Support - Food and Drink industry

£25,000 + Pension / Bupa Healthcare / Pension + Performance Bonus (1-2k)

Office based position, working for a food & drink focussed membership group. An integral role, you will be working closely with the Directors, Marketing, Events and Membership teams.

With a busy calendar, this role will call on someone to have strong administrative and database skills. The due to events, this role can get very busy so someone who has good time management and well organised is keep. Handling incoming enquires and speaking with small businesses and helping with memberships, event applications and general customer service. By doing this you will be multi-tasking across a number of inboxes and while also keeping client databases up to date.

You will be confident on working in Outlook, Word and Excel, plus the company's CRM system. So an eye for detail, is essential!

With good communications skills, you will be confident to take calls from clients and also good English grammar for written communications. You will also be client facing so a professional manner and presentation is required.

This role offers training for the right person, so a 12 month of proven work experience (year out considered)
