You will maintain and develop excellent relationships with the casual team, to profile and match candidates to our client's requirements. Our

Recruitment and Staffing Assistant

will be very much involved in staff engagement, development, welfare and retention.

Minimum requirements

  • Passion and experience in events, customer service, hospitality or direct recruitment
  • Excellent communication skills including fluency in spoken English and exceptional written English
  • Confident phone manner and the ability to engage appropriately with applicants, casual staff and clients
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office suite software, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Drive and determination with attention to detail and an innate ability to focus on a variety of tasks
  • An inspirational leader who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty
  • There will be a requirement to work longer hours and weekend work and you'll be required to be on-call with the operations mobile on a rotating schedule - time in lieu.
  • Scottish Personal licence (Advantageous but not essential)
  • Drivers Licence (Advantageous but not essential)
