I am looking to speak with Paralegals, to join an Investment Bank based in London, on an initial 4-month contract. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office.
The Paralegals will be working on a documentation remediation project that is expected to run for 4 months. There is a possibility to be extended upon completion.
This role will be moving quickly so please apply if you are immediately available.
Requirements
- 2-3 years experience as a Paralegal within Banking and Financial Services.
- Knowledge of ISDA documents, CSAs and GMRAs desired.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
- Keen, hard worker who is able to adapt to new situations easily.
- Good communicator.
