Credit Control Supervisor / Accounts Team Leader - Temp-Perm Position
We are recruiting for a Credit Control Supervisor / Accounts Team Leader to join a brilliant company based in Borehamwood on a temp-perm basis.
Duties will include:
- Managing and developing the credit control team, by providing training and support
- Answering and handling incoming calls and responding to emails from customers regarding to credit checks or invoice queries
- Chasing invoices and ensuring outstanding invoices are paid, matching with the correct purchase order numbers and reporting outstanding debt
- Managing the ledger of accounts
- Updating the company records with correct information and amounts, such as KPI's, remittances, cash allocations, and cash forecasts
- Following financial policies and procedures for the business
To be successful for this position, you must have at least 3-5 years' experience in a similar role with experience managing a minimum of 3-4 direct reports. You must be an excellent communicator with a professional telephone manner, as you will be chasing customers for overdue payments, as well as supporting a team.
This opportunity will pay you a salary of 35-38k DOE
Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. This is a hybrid working role with 3 days in the office, and 2 days from home (after training).
