Description

  • Manage and implement PR strategies for priority sectors, supporting press office activities and handling media enquiries.
  • Plan and coordinate business announcements, including partner promotions and financial results, by defining messages and creating content.
  • Advise senior stakeholders on communications strategies for key initiatives like new hires, office openings, and strategic updates.
  • Capture and promote success stories across multiple channels, highlighting client wins, achievements, and business developments.
  • Coordinate and manage award submissions, including drafting proposals, editing content, and handling follow-ups and events.
  • Oversee communications related to strategic partnerships and sponsorships, such as the firm's cultural initiatives.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for enhancing the firm's communications approach.
  • Support the Senior PR Manager, deputising when needed, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve communication goals.

Profile

  • Proven experience in PR and corporate communications, especially within professional services or legal industries.
  • Demonstrated success in planning and executing strategic communications, securing media coverage, and managing media relations.
  • In-depth understanding of the legal market and issues relevant to law firms.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to create engaging content for various audiences and platforms.
  • Skilled in handling sensitive issues with discretion and tact.
  • Strong organisational and project management abilities, adept at managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with the Private Wealth sector and Corporate practices, with relevant qualifications in PR, Communications, Journalism, or Marketing being advantageous.
