Our client is a large, independent training provider, based in Blackburn, Lancashire and is owned by the University of Central Lancashire. They are seeking ambitious applicants to work alongside employers who are providing high quality work experience and apprenticeship vacancies, in line with their Apprenticeship Preparation programme requirements. By using effective employer engagement strategies, the successful applicant will work alongside their Account Manager team to support with new and existing leads supporting learner aspirations and wellbeing within the workplace setting. Aligned to this will be the need to ensure that employers continue to understand their role resulting in a successful learner placement/achievement.
