We're now looking for a Site Maintenance Engineer to join us on a part-time, permanent basis, working Monday - Friday, 8:30 - 17:00.

The Role

As a Site Maintenance Engineer, you will ensure our premises are maintained safely and effectively and we continue to deliver on H&S and customer requirements.

Specifically, you will support and monitor contractors at the site, ensuring they are working to pre-approved risk assessments and method statements.

You will undertake periodical site maintenance checks and repairs, ensuring compliance with relevant machinery-related legislation and Health and Safety procedures.

Additionally, you will:

- Identify and report the need for major repairs
- Carry out minor repair work
- Use PPE as required
- Undertake regular site audits and escalate any abnormalities

About You

To be considered for the role of Site Maintenance Engineer, you will need:

- Experience in a general building maintenance, electrical maintenance, facilities maintenance or a similar role
- Good working knowledge of property legislation and H&S requirements
- Good communication skills
- Good organisational skills
- A good level of IT literacy
