Are you a true relationship focused Account Manager/Salesperson in legionella testing/compliance or Fire/Asbestos testing & compliance with a track record of protecting and growing accounts?!

The requirements of the Senior Account Manager - Legionella Testing Services:

  • Circa 3 years experience as a relationship focused Account Manager/Account Executive with experience selling legionella testing and compliance services to any sector which could include Education, Hospitality, Commercial, Councils, Hotels, Restaurants etc
  • If you are not currently in legionella testing, you could be an experienced account manager in fire and/or asbestos compliance who wants to move into legionella testing & compliance services
  • Knowledge and experience of conducting water testing and monitoring (in accordance with ACoP L8 guidelines)
  • Possess high levels of attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Experience of writing accurate reports and providing financial review
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate, whilst maintaining strong, trustworthy relationships with stakeholders.
  • A full UK driving license is required with the ability to travel outside of territory when required

The responsibilities of the Senior Account Manager - Legionella Testing Services:

  • Retain and grow your key accounts in a range of sectors to include councils, hospitality, education & commercial offices
  • Cross sell products and water testing & water treatment services
  • Engage in networking to provide new revenue opportunities within existing accounts
  • Develop professional relationships with our suppliers and customer base
  • Produce and allocate programs of work for clients and operational teams
  • Product weekly financial reports
  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with the client's specification and company compliance RAMs
  • Deliver information to deadlines as set out in the Managers reporting schedule
  • Carry out site surveys and produce quotations
  • Produce correspondence, technical and financial reports
  • Ensure all required paperwork is returned to area and central services offices as required
