Page Personnel are working alongside a very successful company based in Accrington. They are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join on a 6 month fixed term basis providing financial insight, strategic guidance, and decision support to the Accounting & Finance department.

Description
If you are successful you will be entitled to:
- Provide strategic financial guidance to the Accounting & Finance department.
- Partner with key stakeholders to drive financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Lead financial forecasting and budgeting processes within the department.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
- Present financial analysis and reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Support the development of strategic plans.
- Provide training and mentoring to junior finance team members.
Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
- Strong knowledge of financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and strategic planning skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and databases.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various departments.
- Part qualified in CIMA or ACCA
