Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):
As the newest entry-level Analyst, you'll be the superhero of our 9-5 office adventure. And once fully trained, here's what you'll be up to:
Key Responsibilities:
- Use your advanced Excel skills to turn raw data into beautiful, meaningful reports.
- Handle complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualisations like a pro.
- Obtain, transform and cleanse transactions from various sources and formats.
- Load data into the system with precision and flair.
- Use Excel to work out deductions and reimbursements for multiple clients.
- Send accurate calculations to clients within SLA deadlines.
- Own your client files and ensure your colleagues' files are spot-on too.
- Communicate like a pro with internal and external stakeholders.
- Craft emails that are clear, concise, and professional.
Problem-Solving Detective:
- Identify issues in data and processes.
- Apply your problem-solving skills to fix them efficiently.
Must-haves:
- Advanced Excel skills (you know your VLOOKUPs from your XLOOKUPs and can create a pivot table in your sleep).
- Basic knowledge of SQL Server (a plus, but not a dealbreaker).
- Impeccable attention to detail-seriously, it's super important.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A knack for problem-solving and a can-do attitude.
