Recruitment Resource Administrator

Pertemps Recruitment are currently looking to recruit an additional team member to work within their busy recruitment team, this is a temp position for approx. 6 months from Mid-September 2024
Based at our Northern Operational Hub, the successful applicants will be responsible for processing online applications in a fast-paced environment that requires excellent communication skills along with strong IT skills and the ability to work to strict deadlines and manage day to day challenges.
Working on our bespoke portal, you will be screening, processing and on-boarding candidates on a local and national basis, ensuring all applications are in line with our client's requirements.
Additionally, within this role, you will be answering recruitment enquiry calls, ensuring the necessary right to work documentation is up to date and correct.
Team spirit along with the ability to work on your own initiative is a necessity.
Working hours will be flexible but must be able to work up to 7pm if required and a rotating 4 hours on a Saturday or Sunday.
