Are you a Reward Assistant looking for a Reward Advisor role?

I am working with a fast growing and successful global business who are looking for a Reward Assistant who is ready to take the next step in their career to become a Reward & Benefits Advisor.

As part of a small team, you will be responsible for supporting the Reward Manager with the administration of employee compensation and benefit programs (including salaries, retirement plans, and life, health and disability insurance). You will be a first point of contact and provide support and advice to HR colleagues and the business as well as managing relationships with benefit providers and supporting employees with queries and / or claims in respect of their benefits.

You will be excited by the prospect of joining a growing business and the opportunity to contribute to exciting projects including the introduction of new benefits as you continue to develop your experience and become a subject matter expert.

You will enjoy building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders (e.g. wider HR team, business managers, payroll and administration teams) to work in a collaborative and effective way.

Other duties will include:

  • Contributing to the benefits renewal process.
  • Acting as a first point of contact for all reward and benefits queries.
  • Inputting and updating information on the HR System including salary and benefit

Person Specification:

  • A Reward Administrator or Assistant with proven experience in benefits.
  • Excel knowledge (including v-look ups and pivot tables)
  • You will thrive providing exceptional and first-class advice and have the ability to support employees in a fast paced, demanding environment.
  • Quickly establish credibility and respect and build strong working relationships.
  • Demonstrable maturity, professionalism and gravitas.
