KS1 Primary Teacher Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences in line with the KS1 curriculum.
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued.
- Planning and assessing students' work, providing constructive feedback to support their progress.
- Be flexible and versatile in meeting the needs and requirements of children
- Ensure that equal opportunities are implemented in the classroom and throughout the school
- Create a well-ordered and secure environment that ensures the educational well-being of individual children within the group
- Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and carers to enhance the educational journey of our pupils.
- Participating in school events, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities.
KS1 Primary Teacher Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to engage and motivate young learners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for education.
