Description

Duties of the Hire Desk Administrator include:

  • Coordinating and organising plant hire schedules
  • Liaising with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of plant equipment
  • Monitoring and managing plant hire costs
  • Ensuring all plant equipment is compliant with safety standards
  • Providing administrative support to the operations team
  • Assisting with the resolution of any plant hire related issues
  • Maintaining accurate records of plant hire transactions
  • Communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders
