My clients are recruiting for a Team PA to Head of Marketing. We are looking for someone who is interested in working in a marketing team/ for a property business. The role is based at the West London Head Office. The primary focus of this role is to provide complete administrative support to the Sales & Marketing Department and Divisional Sales & Marketing Director. This is a role which will appeal to an individual who strives in a busy work environment and has high standards and an excellent eye for detail. This is a satisfying role which provides an opportunity for a self-motivated and professional individual to carry on delivering a high level of service to the business.
Duties will include
- Diary management and full administrative support for the Divisional Sales & Marketing Director
- General assistance and administrative support for the Sales & Marketing Team, acting as a central point of contact
- Organising overseas travel, including the booking of flights, hotel and managing a complex itinerary
- Placing orders for multiple Marketing Suites in various locations across London
- Collating information and document preparation for Management and Board Reports
- Organising meeting refreshments, including breakfasts and lunches
- Manage the team's rota and Holiday Records
- Provide cover of the Main Reception desk as required
- Liaise with and work closely with the wider Business Support team
