We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our reputable residential property team at HCB Widdows Mason. If you have a strong background in conveyancing and are looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of residential property transactions from inception to completion
- Conduct property searches and investigations
- Review and draft contracts, leases, and other legal documents
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, solicitors, lenders, and estate agents
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and procedures
- Provide regular updates and advice to clients
- Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to resolve any issues or concerns
- Attend and represent clients at property settlements and court hearings as required
- Experience of Limited Company Transactions would be advantageous.
Requirements:
- Experience as a qualified Conveyancer
- Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing processes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage a high volume of cases and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in case management systems and Microsoft Office
- Membership with the Law Society or other relevant professional bodies
