A fantastic opportunity has arisen with my client a top design agency who is looking to take on a new employee to join them in an entry level role.

You will get involved with all aspects of the business but your core duties will be administration based however you will be involved with some aspects of design & marketing.

My client is ideally looking for someone who is leaving education either at University or College level who has a qualification within design or marketing or something related.

Their preference is someone who can demonstrate some experience of working in an office environment or a role which is customer focussed.

My client has a great track record in developing their employees in fact the last person we recruited for this role has now been promoted hence the reason for the vacancy.

Main duties will include (but not limited to):-

  • Assisting the Purchasing Team with sourcing products - using Google (for example)
  • Obtaining various quotes for certain products
  • Filing/photocopying/scanning
  • Working with the Customer Service Team
  • Taking calls from customers - answering enquiries
  • Updating the booking system (training will be given)
  • Providing any other admin support (where required)

Person spec:-

  • Experience in a similar Admin role
  • Excellent communication skills over the telephone and via e-mail
  • Computer literate and confident using Microsoft Office/Excel and other systems
  • Experience in using search engines such as Google
