Administrative Assistant

Are you an organised and thorough Administrative Assistant? Are you passionate about supporting teams in their pursuit of discovery? Our client, a leading company in the Life Sciences industry, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for executing, managing, and coordinating various administrative tasks related to Remote and Field Service processes. Your attention to detail and focus on accuracy will ensure that these tasks are carried out efficiently and in compliance with established protocols.

This is a temporary, fully remote position. The hourly rate is £12.04. The working pattern is full-time (37 hours per week). The start date is October 1, 2024 and the contract length is 6 months.

What you will do:

  • Coordinate and manage process actions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including standard operating procedures and user guides.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely completion of process actions.
  • Supervise the progress of Remote and Field Service process actions, identify potential issues or delays, and proactively communicate with team members to resolve them.
  • Use various software tools and systems to track and manage process actions and processes.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports and metrics.
  • Organise and coordinate Remote and Field Service related training sessions, workshops, and events.
  • Uphold a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity in all interactions and tasks.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external team members.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently, with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling critical information.

Experience and qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications or coursework in administration or related fields are a plus.
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar support role, preferably in a technology-focused or cybersecurity environment.
  • Familiarity with call management, Remote and Field Service concepts, processes, and terminology.
