About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our client's dynamic team. The role involves working directly with customers on-site to implement commercial policies, and conduct site audits. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organisational skills.
Key Accountabilities:
Supplier Management:
- Ensure the application of all commercial, logistic, and financial processes in cooperation with the account managers to create and maintain optimal supplier management.
- Inform and educate suppliers about the commercial, logistic, and financial processes.
- Regularly visit assigned suppliers to ensure compliance with user conditions
- Make recommendations to meet customer needs.
- Identify opportunities and threats in the renters market and propose resolutions.
Reporting:
- Provide accurate, transparent, and updated management information by informing management and colleagues about project evolutions and relevant parameters.
- Check the application of contract conditions.
- Report management per supplier, market conditions, and competition.
- Produce quality reports.
Skills/Experience:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
- Experience in logistics/supply chain.
- Experience with SAP (desirable).
