Role Highlights:
- 1:1 Support: As a Teaching Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to work closely with a Year 2 pupil, offering personalised assistance throughout the school day.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualised support to a Year 2 pupil during lessons and other school activities.
- Assist the class teacher in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor the pupil's progress and provide feedback to the teacher and SENCO.
- Adapt learning materials and activities to suit the pupil's needs and abilities.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting is highly desirable.
- A genuine passion for working with children and helping them achieve their potential.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- A valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one through Reeson Education.
