This position is for an Accounts Payable Administrator in the Accounting & Finance department of a professional services organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing various financial administrative tasks.
This role is a 2-3 week temporary position to assist the finance team during an exciting system change.

- Manage and process financial transactions and records
- Clearing a backlog of invoices
- Inputting invoices and financial data onto the system
- Provide administrative support to the Accounting & Finance department
- Perform other related tasks as required
Profile
A successful Accounts Payable Administrator should have:
- Experience within a finance function
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Sage Accounting system
- Strong attention to detail
- Be Microsoft proficient
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
