This position is for an Accounts Payable Administrator in the Accounting & Finance department of a professional services organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing various financial administrative tasks.

This role is a 2-3 week temporary position to assist the finance team during an exciting system change.

  • Manage and process financial transactions and records
  • Clearing a backlog of invoices
  • Inputting invoices and financial data onto the system
  • Provide administrative support to the Accounting & Finance department
  • Perform other related tasks as required

Profile

A successful Accounts Payable Administrator should have:

  • Experience within a finance function
  • Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Sage Accounting system
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Be Microsoft proficient
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team
