ERP Applications Support Analyst

We are looking for an ERP Applications Support Analyst, who will play an important role in maintaining and developing the internal ERP systems. With the opportunity to drive significant change and innovation, this role offers involvement in exciting projects such as Warehouse implementation, covering barcoding, goods in, Bill of Material, and more. As part of a larger company, this position also offers opportunities for international travel and collaboration with offices in Sweden and America, with potential future sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support for ERP system users, including system admin tasks (login assistance, access & permissions management, user addition/removal, running reports).
- Support daily operations of existing ERP systems (Syspro, Monitor).
- Accurately document support requests, issues, and resolutions.
- Assist in system training, user induction, and promote best practices.
- Offer deskside assistance and ETL data for reporting.
- Gather, document, and manage business requirements and process flow charts.
- Create guidance and process documentation to support new systems and assist in staff training.
- Provide hands-on analysis, design, testing, training, implementation, and support.
- Use software design lifecycle techniques and system documentation techniques.
- Manage on-time project delivery, business expectations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in user and task analysis to maintain the process owner's perspective.
- Conduct coaching and mentoring via workshops and/or transition support activities.
- Prepare and support the preparation of Functional Designs documents for custom development.
- Assist in translating requirements into test conditions and expected results for Functional, System Verification, and User Acceptance Testing.
- Participate in quality management reviews of the designs, prototypes, etc.
- Build and maintain client relationships both internally and externally.
Essential Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of ERP experience.
- Experience in working with Customer Service, Finance, and Manufacturing.
- Knowledge and experience of design to implementation methodologies.
- Solid IT knowledge, particularly in ERP systems (e.g., Syspro/Monitor), applications, storage, networks, and IT infrastructure.
- Strong SQL skills (T-SQL) to run queries.
- Proficiency in MS Office technologies, including Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
