This role involves all aspects of pension work from manages the private and public pension scheme to solving queries around pensions and dealing with compliance responsibilities. This role is perfect for someone expand on their payroll career.
Responsibilities
Your duties will include:
- ensuring accurate and timely deduction and payment of pension contributions.
- providing an effective administration service to meet the requirements of all pension schemes
- contributing to the continuous improvement of our payroll and pensions processes.
Requirements
- Strong experience pension auto enrolment legislation
- Knowledge of salary sacrifice defined contribution pension scheme
- Strong Excel skills
- A practical understanding of confidentiality and data protection legislation
- Reliable knowledge of payroll and pensions legislation to solve high volume queries
- Experience of processing payroll end to end
