Role: Client Manager
Salary: £26,000 + OTE £60,000
Location: Bristol
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven individual to join a well-established contemporary estate agency in Bristol.
This is an extremely exciting role, which would encompass valuing homes, selling the company's team and services, advising and supporting clients throughout their move, conducting some viewings and open days, and running your own portfolio of clients moving home.
Key Responsibilities/Duties Client Managing:
- Expertly valuing properties
- Managing clients' experiences to a high standard
- Pro-actively sourcing business
- Conducting some open day viewings and offering an exceptional representation of the company to buyers
- Ensuring all clients received a consistent service of a high-quality that is offered to them on valuation
- Working within a team to ensure all applicants requesting to view and others who approach the company get a positive experience and an exceptional impression of the company
- Analysing competitors and reporting to team, monitoring the company position in the market and in the industry
- Enact the company mission, vision and culture
The candidate:
- Excellent customer service
- Good organisation and administration ability
- Strong IT proficiency
- High-level written and verbal communication
- Strong relationship and rapport building
- Empathetic and emotionally intelligent
- Able to demonstrate resilience, adaptability and accountability
- Strategic, proactive, and problem-solving mindset
- A full driving licence and as your own transport
Minimum of 1 year Estate Agency experience and 3 month valuing experience
What's on offer:
- Competitive basic salary plus commission
- 22 days paid holiday per annum, plus bank holidays. This includes a day for your birthday, or around that time. Also gift some additional days off over Christmas (including Christmas Eve) but would need one day to be worked in between Christmas and New Year
