Description
The Conveyancing Lawyer will:
- Independently manage new-build property portfolios from inception to completion.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements.
- You will be responsible for providing expert legal advice, drafting necessary legal documents, and proactively managing transactions to meet client expectations.
- This position demands strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Profile
A successful Conveyancing Lawyer should have:
- Proven experience managing new-build property cases, including investor purchases and portfolio mortgages.
- Applications are open to qualified Solicitors, CILEX, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with ProClaim Case management system is desirable.
