Home-Based New Build Mortgage Broker - Bedfordshire
Overview: BDM Recruitment is seeking an experienced, home-based New Homes Mortgage and Protection Advisor for our client, a well-known national brokerage firm. This role is perfect for a fully CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker residing in the Bedford area. The position involves working from home and covering the Bedfordshire region, with a steady flow of new build and shared ownership leads.
Main Duties:
- Lead Management: Receive 10-12 mortgage leads per week from one of the UK's largest shared ownership introducers and local new build developers.
- Client Engagement: Offer whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to new clients, with the goal of signing up 1-2 mortgages per week.
- Advisory Services: Provide tailored advice on a fee and non-fee basis, depending on the introducer's requirements.
- Self-Generation: Generate additional leads by contacting new build sites in the Bedfordshire area.
- Process Management: Handle new build enquiries promptly and efficiently, ensuring swift commitment from clients interested in new build properties.
- Remote Work: Perform all duties from a home-based office with provided IT equipment.
Key Skills:
- Qualifications: Fully qualified Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker (CeMAP or equivalent).
- Experience: Proven track record in mortgage and protection advice, particularly with new build mortgages.
- Location: Must be residing in the Bedford area.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Compliance: Clean credit history, no complaints or disciplinary issues, no criminal convictions.
- Licence: Full UK driving licence.

Remuneration:
