Role summary

The primary objective of the role will be to develop new business and extend existing print and fulfilment services within the confidential sector and explore opportunities for commercial print orders

Responsibilities

  • Client Relationships building - to nurture and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities
  • Create and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the client base
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales activities, measuring success and adjusting strategies as needed
  • Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, identifying and generating new business opportunities for secure and commercial print and fulfilment services
  • Ensure proactive sales activity levels are met to build pipeline to achieve targets
  • Regular engagement with Account Managers and operational teams to ensure that you are fully aware of available capacity and operational outputs
  • Drive relationship sales by proactively contracting key clients as appropriate intervals to establish relationships and building a partner status

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Relationship management and sales experience
  • Knowledge of product and sector

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to communicate accessibly and concisely about product or service to outsiders, including prospective customers and clients, partners, vendors, and press
